• Do you have 10 years + experience in Customs Clearance?
• Are you an experienced leader in customs clearance, ready to take on a dynamic and hands-on management role?
We’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our client’s senior team and help drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team
• Take charge of daily operations with a hands-on approach
• Own the Profit & Loss management, ensuring financial performance
• Solve operational challenges and drive efficiency improvements
• Manage key accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Generate and provide accurate quotations for clients
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations
• Oversee facilities management to ensure smooth site operations
• Be an active voice in weekly operations, sales, and leadership meetings
What You’ll Bring:
• 10+ years of experience in customs clearance
• Proven experience managing and motivating teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• IT proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
