Our client, a destination venue in a breath taking 35-acre estate near the East Kent coast, is seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Event Manager to plan and oversee unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.

Less than an hour from London, this historic estate is the perfect canvas for extraordinary celebrations!

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire! Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver flawless events.
• Create magic! Bring stunning weddings and corporate events to life with meticulous planning and attention to detail.
• Client relations! Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring every client’s dream event comes true.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

What We’re Looking For:
• 2-5 years of experience in event or wedding management.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
• Due to the nature of this role physical fitness is a requirement
