Supporting the building and embedding of the systems and processes required to support the transformation of Service Charge delivery
Working proactively with the managers to help with integration and management of two legacy systems and stock, and help create standardised best practice and processes
Reviewing and maintaining procedures to facilitate full recovery of service chargeable expenditure.
Maintaining strong business partnering relationships with key budget holders and service managers, to develop scheme knowledge and enable the accurate allocation and consistent setting of service charges

Responsibilities

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our client's team in Stalybridge, Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply and further enhance your skills in routine maintenance, testing, diagnostics, and repair work on the councils extensive fleet of HGVs, light vehicles, plant, and specialist equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment
Conduct diagnostic tests and carry out necessary repairs
Work alongside a team of dedicated vehicle/plant fitters
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Maintain a customer-focused approach to all tasks
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds (or equivalent) in a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance/Repair discipline
Experience with HGV maintenance; candidates from light vehicle or agricultural backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
Current driving license (LGV Category C is desirable)
Good organisational skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
