Position: Intensive Housing Management (Part-Time, 21 Hours/Week)
Location: NW London Area
Hours: 21 hours per week with flexible working times
Salary: Approximately £29,986 pro rata (Exact salary TBC)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the role of Intensive Housing Management in the NW London area.

This part-time role involves managing a housing scheme for older people who are able to live independently but have carers coming in and out.

The majority of the work will be carried out independently.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Building Maintenance:

    • Ensure the building is well-maintained and in good condition.

    • Conduct regular safety checks and fire risk assessments.



  • Resident Support:

    • Log residents and visitors in and out of the building.

    • Coordinate with carers and support staff to ensure residents' needs are met.



  • Repairs and Maintenance:

    • Book repairs and ensure that maintenance work is carried out promptly and effectively.



  • Health and Safety:

    • Maintain a safe environment for residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.





Qualifications and Experience:



  • Enhanced DBS: Essential for this role to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

  • Experience: Previous experience in housing management or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
