Consistently use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions with looked after children, their families and their carers.
Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively engage and develop quality Life-story work with all Looked After Children so they have a good understanding of their family and their story both in care and before care.

This role will require candidates to support 3 or 4 properties and manage support workers around the west Yorkshire area.
Travel will be required and a candidate who can drive is preferable and you will be expected to have your own vehicle and business insurance, mileage can be claimed from the nearest base office to the other offices you visit.

Conwy CBC are looking for 2 full-time Children's Residential Workers to cover current gaps in their rota as a result of sickness/maternity.
The successful candidates will work 37 hours per week on a 4-week rolling rota.
The shifts will be either 8am-10pm or 2pm-10pm, and will occasionally include sleep-in shifts (sleep-in rate from 11pm until 7am).
Both posts are for a period of 3 months.
Successful candidates will need to complete 3 days face-to-face training in PROACTIVE APPROACHES (Physical intervention) in Wrexham, and a further 3 days self-directed learning in RAID.

Provide a high quality housing management service which deals with tenancy and leasehold management services within the local social housing stock
Provide advice for safeguarding and health and well-being on a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills and the promotion of personal independence
Profile tenants at risk of failing tenancies and develop support plans with clear outcomes, and conduct regular reviews to increase likelihood of sustaining their home
Maintain effective planned schedule of visits and inspections, and identify requirements across the local area
Develop relationships with key internal and external partners, in order to provide solutions such as access to properties, tenancy fraud, fire risks, and safeguarding
Manage nuisance and anti-social behaviour case work
Maintain Records: Accurately record all casework in line with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and data protection guidelines are strictly followed
