This is a permanent, full-time role for a Prescribing Pharmacist (IP).

Person specification:

• (Essential) MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
• (Essential) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
• (Highly desirable) Independent Prescribing qualification
