Kitchen Porter

Our Client is seeking an evening kitchen porter to be a part of the team that brings to life this renowned Private members club in heart of London.

The kitchen porter’s main responsibilities are to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness alongside assisting with all departments of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist a chef as required
• Understanding of kitchen equipment
• Positive and approachable manner
• Team player qualities
• Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
• Help with routine food prep when needed.
• Good organizational skills
• To follow guidance from Senior chef
• Receiving stock and deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
