Construction Installation Operative – Thanet-Based with Daily Travel to London

Salary: £25,000 + Travel Compensation (OTE approx.

£30,000)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Based in Thanet, daily travel to London (Company vehicle provided)

Full, clean driving licence required for this role 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of high-quality bespoke lift finishes, including architraves and interiors, under the guidance of senior site operatives.
• Inspect and ensure all installations meet required quality and functionality standards.
• Support the site team, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Assist with on-site problem solving and learn industry best practices from experienced colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• CSCS Card – essential.
• Full UK driving licence – required to share driving responsibilities for daily London travel.
• Previous construction or installation experience preferred but not essential.
