A popular luxury care home in Carlisle is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager.

The MDT provides both long-term and respite care for age-related needs, including frailty and limited mobility, and specialist dementia care as well.

Both RMN and RN Adult who have experience in dementia care are welcome to apply.

Person specification:

• (Essential) NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult)
• (Essential) Professional experience caring for older adults with mental health needs including dementia
• (Essential) Professional experience with care plans and managing a nursing team
• (Desirable) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
