Caretaker
Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caretaker to join our client who are a Housing Association working out of Ilford
Based within the Ilford area, you will work on a static site, however be able to cover various locations when required therefore holding a Full UK Driving License is a requirement for this role.
As a caretaker, you will provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of the Housing Associations estates and provide a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
- To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Behaviours.
- To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- Deliver Trust letters, circulars etc as appropriate to resident's properties.
- Report any estate defects, fly-tipping or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
- Check communal lighting/timers and reports blown bulbs as necessary, (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly.
