Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a forward thinking Local authority based in West Yorkshire.

They are seeking a Child Care Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

Role: Child Care Lawyer

Location: Bradford/Hybrid

Rate: £45 - £55 an hour

Contract Length: 3 Months ongoing

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional judgement and make operational decisions on matters and cases daily.


• Able to work under pressure and have good communication written and in person.


• Represent the company in all Child Care Lawyer related proceedings.


• Making sure that Court commitments and deadlines are properly met.

About you:

• A qualified Lawyer, Solicitor or Barrister with at least 1 year PQE within Child care team


• Have experience in undertaking own advocacy


• Previous experience of care proceedings within a local authority
