Pay rates: £27ph LTD

Role and Responsibilities:

• 
  

  To be a registered practitioner for own caseload in the Community Rehabilitation Team.

  
  


• 
  

  To work across whole of PCFT footprint as we cover all 5 boroughs.

  
  


• 
  

  To provide rehab interventions i.e.
  
  in reach to inpatients on the discharge pathway and input to those living in the community.

  
  


• 
  

  To direct support staff using goal plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Service users to have case formulation supported by the team psychologist.

  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.


• Fully enhanced DBS


• Community experience

Pay rate:

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
