One of the largest housing associations in the UK is recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to provide an excellent housing management service for their residents.
THE ROLE
As a Housing Officer, you will be the main point of contact for residents within your designated patch.
Each patch manages 150-200 residents and patches are available across London.
This role offers a variety of responsibilities ensuring no two days are the same:
You will ensure the smooth operation and satisfaction of residents while adapting to urgent on-site needs, building and maintaining relationships, and delivering high-quality services.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Housing Officer role, you will require previous experience in a Housing Officer role, as well as the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of housing law (desirable)
- Housing qualification (desirable)
- Experience in handling customer complaints (desirable)
- Ability to listen and understand residents' needs
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Responsibility and accountability for own work
- Respect for diversity
THE CONTRACT
- 37 Hours Per Week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
- 12 Weeks, temp to perm
