We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Handyperson in Sheffield to join a repairs and maintenance team working for a local authority.

This role will involve working on void and tenanted homes throughout Sheffield.

This is semi independent accommodation for young care leavers and you will be responsible for delivering minor repairs and maintenance to properties including;

• Building maintenance


• Furniture installs and repairs


• Shelving installs and repairs


• Decorating


• Equipment maintenance

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime.



Standard working hours are 8:45 - 17:15 (Early finish on Fridays at 16:45).

You will need;

• Previous Experience in Maintenance & Repairs
