Stoke-On-Trent City Council are looking for a dedicated individual to join their Adolescent Services Family and Adolescent Support Team.

We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting children to remain safely within their family environment.

Pay: £16.08 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 9-5

Location: Civic Centre, Stoke-On-Trent

• Develop professional working relationships with children and families.


• Provide practical and emotional support to improve the lived experiences of children.


• Implement strategies to keep children safe within their family home.


• Work within a multi-agency team to deliver positive parenting strategies and techniques.


• Improve home conditions and establish effective family routines.

• Experience in working with children and families.


• Strong understanding of issues related to child neglect and family support.


• Ability to provide practical and emotional support.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency team.
