The hiring manager is looking for a candidate to support the communications and marketing team in its day-to-day work.

This role will be responsible for a range of key processes and tasks for both internal and external communications areas, and is part of a multi-function, high performing team.

Key Accountabilities



  • Be a key point of contact within the team, managing the tasks, mailboxes and project plans that support the delivery of the 2022-2024 communications and marketing strategy.

  • Support the external and internal communications partners in the delivery of their yearly communications and marketing plan.

  • Co-ordinate tasks and projects across the service, maintaining databases and campaign plans, as well as content management across various platforms including Umbraco and Interact.

  • Produce creative content for the team, including the design of assets, production of video or audio content and photography.

    This can either be produced internally or with partner agencies and freelancers.

  • Manage and maintain internal resources and guides to support colleagues across the business.

  • Assist with events, an out of hours rota and the management of team drives.

  • Support the team in raising the profile of client externally though effective social media and digital content management.

  • Support awareness of the team's work through effective, including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar and Interact.

  • Role model companies values.

  • Support the team with the management of their yearly budgets and invoice administration.


Measures



  • The successful management of the clients planning tools - including the weekly grid, monthly forward look and annual communications and marketing plan.

    Each of these three planning tools are crucial to the successful delivery of the 2022-2024 communications and marketing strategy.

  • The successful delivery of key internal and external campaigns based on the annual plan and outlined in ROSIE/OASIS model campaign plans.

  • Effective onboarding of new colleagues to the business in how the communications and marketing team deliver a service - as well as maintain key induction resources, guidance and areas.

  • The effective management of the team inbox and calendar to triage tasks, processes and requests from across the business.

  • Delivery of monthly and quarterly communications and marketing reports to the executive team highlighting core KPIs from the team.

  • Reporting back on key projects and campaigns to business leads and staff via lessons learned templates.
