Early Years Practitioner needed with Hampshire County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Eastleigh

Duration - Initially for 3 months

Hours per week - Full time or Part time

Salary - £16ltd per hour

Hampshire County Council are currently recruiting for a Early Years Practitioner to join their team in Eastleigh.

The successful candidate must have a passion for childcare and be able to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 6 months -5 years, in line with Early Years Foundation Stage.

Description:

• Making sure that children are safe, happy and stimulated


• Communicating information to children using play


• Encouraging children's development


• Creating a child friendly environment


• Maintaining toys and play equipment


• Keeping records

What is required?

• NVQ level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or equivalent


• GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C or above


• Excellent communication skills


• Previous experience working in an early years setting
