Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of am established law firm in East London who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

ROLE: Conveyancing Paralegal
LOCATION: East London
SALARY: £22,000 to £26,000 per annum

The Role of the Conveyancing Paralegal

• To assist the Partner within the conveyancing team in progressing caseloads of matters through to completion


• Matters will include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds and shared ownership

The Person

• A law-related qualification (LPC, LLM, LLB) with at least 12 months' worth of Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience


• Previous experience of dealing with conveyancing transactions would be essential for this position
