Location - Caerphilly, CF83 (100% office based no remote/hybrid option)
Contract - Permanent
Hours - 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary - £26000
Start Date - Asap

The Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients team in Caerphilly.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment cycle and selection process, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a positive experience for all candidates.

This role will be more around relationship building rather than strategy (sourcing).

Due to the location a lot of new starters tend to be graduates so the recruitment coordinator will be more assessing their attitude and personality/characteristics rather than sourcing via linkedin etc.

Your key duties within the role will include:



  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process using the applicant tracking system.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and craft compelling role profiles.

  • Conduct thorough telephone interviews to screen potential candidates.

  • Advertise job vacancies across various platforms to attract top talent.

  • Assist in the assessment of candidate skills using our testing platform.

  • Generate insightful reports on recruitment activities for departmental review.

  • Manage candidate and client expectations effectively.

  • Liaise with agencies for specialised roles to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.

  • Provide support during interviews and note-taking as needed.


Key requirements



  • Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined attention to detail

  • Minimum experience required is a year in a similar role ideally in a recruitment environment/HR team, this role would be perfect for someone currently in a recruitment administrator position looking to step up to recruitment coordinator.

  • Good level of experience in all Microsoft packages

  • Enjoy working as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to all levels.

  • Capable of developing effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
