Job title - Complaints Officer
Location - Liverpool
Contract - Temporary - 3 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £21.05 Umbrella p/h


Job Description:


Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Officer to join their team.

As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints from customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Investigate complaints thoroughly and provide appropriate solutions

  • Ensure all complaints are logged and tracked accurately

  • Provide regular reports on complaints and resolutions to management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a complaints handling role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
