Job Title: Multi Plasterer
Pay rate: £22.62 per hour
Hours: 40 per week

About the Role:
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Multi Plasterer to join our team, working on behalf of a prestigious housing association in North London.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality plastering repairs and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive skill set extending to painting, tiling, and general multi-trade duties.

Multi Plasterer Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and improvement works on domestic and untenanted properties, focusing on bathrooms, kitchens, and other critical areas.


• Deliver exceptional quality patching and skimming work, render internal and external walls, and execute multi-finish tasks to exceed industry standards.


• Pre-inspect and diagnose repair requirements, ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines and to the satisfaction of our customers.


• Uphold our commitment to delivering work of the highest quality, ensuring repairs and maintenance are conducted considerately and effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Comprehensive awareness of good construction safety practices and the application of safe systems of work, including asbestos awareness and working at heights.


• Ability to organise your own workload, appropriately prioritising, ordering necessary materials and plant, and working unsupervised for long periods.


• Ability to work as part of a team, taking pride in the work completed and actively contributing to the team meeting performance targets.


• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues, providing clear and concise responses to customer queries.


• Written communication skills to maintain records of materials used, complete job sheets and requisitions, use PDAs, and follow written instructions, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Plastering Level 3 Qualified or a willingness to be trained to the standard of requirements needed when employed.


• CSCS Card or have the required qualifications, capacity, and willingness to complete the safety test and obtain the relevant CSCS card prior to starting employment.


• Experience of delivering high-quality Multi-skilling repairs in domestic properties using a range of portable power tools and equipment.

Special Requirements:

• Satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).


• Clean UK driving licence.


• This post needs to meet the requirement of the Baseline Personal Security Standard.
