MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Advising employers and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious employment
law matters


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:


  • Advising employers and employee clients on employment law matters
  • Time recording & billing to target
  • Assisting and supporting other fee earners in the department when required
  • Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments and know-how
  • Contributing to departmental and marketing activity
  • Client development
