About the Role:
As a Location Manager in the Rented Housing department in Burnley, you'll be at the forefront of creating a vibrant and supportive community for our residents.

From managing properties to fostering positive relationships with tenants, your role will be diverse and rewarding.

This position requires a blend of compassion, professionalism, and leadership as you navigate various property and tenancy matters.
Responsibilities:



  • Manage properties and support residents in maintaining independent living.

  • Oversee property letting, rent accounts, and address anti-social behavior.

  • Respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Investigate complaints thoroughly and take ownership of resolutions.

  • Maintain resident trust through clear communication and transparent service delivery.

  • Manage location budget and service charge accounts to ensure property upkeep.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.

  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide support services to residents.

  • Facilitate social inclusion by organizing community events and activities.



Qualifications and Experience:



  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance.

  • Enhanced DBS
