As the Senior Addictions Therapist your key responsibilities include:
Provide advanced clinical assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues
Supervise, mentor, and support junior therapists or caseworkers, ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using an integrative approach that may include trauma-informed, psychodynamic, humanistic, IFS and body-based modalities etc..
Experience with addiction treatment is essential
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and community services to coordinate comprehensive client care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and participate in audits or program evaluations
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, ideally in both individual and group settings
Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, or trauma-informed approaches is highly desirable
Strong clinical judgement
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
The successful Senior Addictions Therapist will receive an excellent salary of £41,200 - £53,560 per annum.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness
Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
An understanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans
Experience of working with service users with various mental health needs.
Good communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £31,900 - £37,455 per annum DOE.

This is a low and medium secure hospital specialising in treating male patients aged 18+ who have been detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) and who will benefit from extended treatment and rehabilitation

As the Physical Health Nurse your key duties include:
Facilitating physical healthcare plans/ treatments to patient's, in order to maintain their optimum level of physical well-being
Facilitate/support staff to ensure that routine and ad hoc tests e.g.
blood screening for Clozapine/Lithium are carried out as prescribed and the results recorded appropriately within Care notes
To facilitate/support that routine testing for long term conditions e.g.
asthma, diabetes, are carried out as prescribed and that the results are recorded appropriately in Care notes and in line with latest national guidance
Lead the development and review of all care plans for physical health, to ensure that patient's physical health needs have clear interventions, which are being met
You will be supporting the clinical team on the ward and covering staff when required
Ensure that all patients have their ECG's as prescribed by the Consultant and evidence is documented on Care notes
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Minimum of 2 or 3 years post registration experience
Experience of training others
An understanding of eating disorders and mental health
Experience of working with young people is desirable
The successful Physical Health Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £37,500 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm.
