Be setting and meeting performance targets and carrying out periodic 121 and appraisals
Be recruiting and maintaining staffing level to the agreed establishment

Be working closely with all stakeholders including IT, telephony service provider, Mears, K&T and other contractors in ensuring operation readiness

Proven supervisory experience in the call centre industry, preferably within Social Housing
Proven mentoring, coaching, motivating skills and staff upskilling
Proven experience in introducing a continuous improvement culture, customer satisfaction, putting the customer at the heart of what we do
Excellent communication skills - oral and written skills, people management, innovation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational, planning, and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially 'Excel' and ILM in Management

We are recruiting for Occupational Therapist in the Surrey area to support a Specialist Day School.
This service is for Younger People between the ages of 11-19 years who have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Providing support to Younger People within a school that meets the needs of pupils with ASD and additional needs such as ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, Sensory Issues and Associated Behavioural Difficulties - recently rated Good by Ofsted.
Job Purpose: Occupational Therapist Salary: £40,959 - £48,504 per annum + £250 SCS Sign-Up BonusLocation: Sutton, SurreyWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30Contract: Full-Time | 5 DaysKey Responsibilities:
Use advanced specialist knowledge and levels of experience appropriately and effectively across a range of work practices which is underpinned by comprehensive and extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Assess the motor, perceptual and sensory integration skills of the young people and to ascertain how any differences impact on their function and participation.
To identity training needs, develop and facilitate training sessions to staff and parents/carers.
To prepare high-quality reports and quality assure reports.
To complete administrative requirements in a timely manner.
These include evidencing that you are meeting EHCP requirements, liaison and completion of MDT reports and updating WG-EHCP targets.
Essential
Registered with the HCPC
Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy
Experience working with Young People, especially those who suffer from Mental Health difficulties such as ASD.
Have experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
Are a confident, engaging and effective role model, guide, leader and trainer.
