About Us: Windsor Clinical Health Services offers a unique dual-purpose environment, combining Mental Health services with Nursing Home care.
Our facility caters to both genders, providing a wide range of services including 18 dual registered nursing beds, 42 beds for nursing care and long-term rehabilitation, and 32 short-term rehabilitation beds.

Provide strong managerial and clinical leadership for the ward staff, ensuring compliance with service standards and policies.
Participate in the hospital's on-call system.
Conduct performance reviews, supervisions, and annual appraisals for staff, identifying and supporting their development.
