The company is seeking a Business Services Assistant to work in the Children's Services Team.
Responsibilities
Organise and prioritise their own workload including excellent time management skills
Demonstrate administrative competency
Demonstrate IT competency and experience in data inputting, with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook (essential) and experience of bespoke IT systems (desirable)
Be effective communicators both in writing and on the telephone
Requirements

Additional Information
This company is looking for a full-time Business Services Assistant.
There are two posts available.
Please note that this role will initially require regular attendance at the Chesterfield Office for training with the occasional visit to the Illkeston Office.
After training, there is the possibility of working several days remotely from home by mutual agreement.
The start date will be ASAP.

This is a full time, temporary ongoing position, and offers a hybrid working approach.
The Service Charge Analyst position will involve delivering a high-quality service to service charge payers and other stakeholders. Requirements
Experienced in service charge analysis, with a robust understanding of residential and commercial service charge management, including current legislative requirements and sector best practice
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience working with councillors, the community, and external partners.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in financial and numerical analysis
Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in service charge management
Previous experience within a Housing Association is desirable

Delivering a customer-centric, expert service for service charge payers, dealing with residents directly to resolve complex customer queries and working with internal colleagues to ensure the resolution of complaints, disputes, and dissatisfaction
Supporting the building and embedding of the systems and processes required to support the transformation of Service Charge delivery
Working proactively with the managers to help with integration and management of two legacy systems and stock, and help create standardised best practice and processes
Reviewing and maintaining procedures to facilitate full recovery of service chargeable expenditure.
Maintaining strong business partnering relationships with key budget holders and service managers, to develop scheme knowledge and enable the accurate allocation and consistent setting of service charges

Job Overview
This company is currently seeking a Personal Advisor to work with young people who are in care and care leavers.
As a Personal Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the assessment process and implementation of Pathway Planning for Children in Care and Care Leavers by offering direct support, advice, guidance and practical help.
You will carry case-holding responsibility as appropriate and support Children in Care and Care Leavers within and outside of the City Boundary.
The ideal candidate must have a driving license and access to a car.
Key Responsibilities
