Lab Technician required to join an engineering team who focus on electronic, electrical engineering and calibration of scientific laboratory equipment.

You will be responsible for the preparation, inspection, maintenance, calibration and functional testing of electronic and test equipment, ensuring equipment meets required quality and safety standards before being returned to customers.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, ICT or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a technical laboratory, calibration or electronics environment.

Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain and functionally test equipment and accessories.
Carry out calibration in accordance with relevant procedures.
Perform software and firmware version checks.
Follow specific customer requirements and quality standards.
Ensure equipment is prepared and available for rental or sale promptly.
