Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor advanced equipment used in the production of reticles and photomasks
Ensure adherence to strict quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any technical issues
Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Handle and process delicate materials with precision
Record production data and ensure accurate documentation

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience as a production operator or technician in electronics, semiconductor, or related industries
Understanding of semiconductor or microelectronic production processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-precision equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a cleanroom environment
Basic mechanical or engineering knowledge is a plus
