We are currently looking for a Steel Fixer for a client who specialise in enforced concrete, steel fixing and formwork.

Duties:
Fabricate and install iron and steel structures such as beams, columns, and girders
Use power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and weld metal components
Perform heavy lifting and work at heights to assemble structural components
Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters, masons, and roofers to complete projects
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
Conduct inspections to identify structural issues and make necessary repairs

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Ironworker or similar role in the construction industry
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and other machinery

Certification:
Valid CSCS Card
