We are a leading UK food manufacturer supplying a wide range of chilled and ready-to-eat products to major retailers.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Process Development Manager to lead product development projects from concept to launch.

You will ensure new products meet customer expectations, are commercially viable, and can be manufactured efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all product development activity, ensuring projects meet critical timelines.
Lead feasibility and internal review meetings.
Work closely with customers, providing updates and ensuring requirements are met.
Oversee product quality and ensure margin targets are achieved.
Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and capability

Key Skills
Proven experience in food manufacturing and product development.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred).
