Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Design Engineer required to design sensor casings, enclosures and perhperlas with electronic contents using FEA Analysis, CFD Simulation and 3D Modelling.

This is a hands-on mechanical design role working on concept to production of electronic housing and potting boxes from metal.

Key skills
3D mechanical CAD design experience including the preparation of tolerance engineering drawings
Ideally with Autodesk Fusion and Fema for vibration analysis.
Good degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
Experience working on road vehicles professionally or as a hobby
Machine shop tools e.g.

lathe, mill exposure.
