Mudlogger / Mud Logging Analyst
Mud Logging Analyst required to join a Geoservices team to work on the creation of the formation evaluation logs from analysis and interpretation of drilled cuttings from well site.
You will determine rock type and hydrocarbon presence, as well as detecting other potentially harmful gases.
Key skills:
Degree in Geology, Geological Applied Sciences, Earth Sciences or Applied Sciences.
Drilling Equipment and Technique knowledge:
Calculation of Lag Time
Wellbore pressures
Petroleum Geology
Evaluation Log Drafting
Drilling Fluids
Hydraulics
Hydrocarbon Detection etc.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring all the well parameters
Maintaining Geoservices sensors to detect the well conditions
Maintain the gas detection equipment to analyze the hydrocarbon
Ensure safety by detection of other potentially harmful gases by.
Own the integrity of the samples collected.
