Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

This leadership role will collaborate with the firm's partners to enhance and grow their Private Client department.

ROLE: Senior Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
PQE: 3 years'+

This role will be based at the firm's office, with a degree of hybrid working flexibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matter including wills, probate, and estate planning


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements


• Developing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with the companies partners

Person Specification:

• A qualified Solicitor (or CILEx qualified) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE


• A strong technical understanding around Private Client Law


• A proven track-record of managing full caseload and exceeding billing targets
