Job Title: Housing Repairs Administrator


Work Pattern: 9am to 5pm - 35 hours per week (1 hour lunch)


Duration: Temp ongoing


Location: London N1 (Hybrid, 2 from home)


Are you an organised and IT-savvy professional looking for a temporary role in the housing sector? We are seeking a Housing Administrator to join our clients team on a hybrid basis, handling key administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Job Role -



  • Manage a shared mailbox, assign jobs to contractors, and handle queries.

  • Work with multiple spreadsheets, ensuring data is updated accurately (strong Excel skills required).

  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes within the housing sector.


Candidate Requirements -



  • Strong IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Housing sector experience is highly desirable, particularly within a housing association.
