We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work multiple services in and around the Scarborough locality.

The services promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with care and support needs, such as, Autism and Learning Difficulties.

This role is agency and is fully flexible allowing you to work around any commitments, promoting a healthy work life balance.

The Role:

• Provide daily living support.


• Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and understood.


• Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.


• Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.

The Person:

• 12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Driver preferred but not essential.
