Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a District Nurse to join an established company based in Surrey - on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated District Nurse with the aptitude, motivation, and leadership skills, to drive local changes and integration within community nursing.

As a named District Nurse for a GP practice, accountable for a caseload of patients, you will operationally manage and lead a team to ensure effective, efficient, safe, and high-quality nursing care for patients and carers.

Pay: £48,270+ per annum - dependent on experience
Bonus: £250 SCS Welcome Bonus
Location: Community-based, across Guildford and Waverley.
Shifts Available: Monday to Sunday | shifts between 8 am and 8 pm

Required:
- Driving License: to be able to travel to patients homes frequently throughout the day across the locality and across Guildford and Waverley.
- Band 7 Experience
- NMC Registered: Registered L1 Nurse
- Experience within a similar role

Qualifications:
- District Nursing Qualification
- Assessor / NMC Supervisor / Mentorship
- Nurse Prescriber (V100) - Desirable
