Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Berkshire for a Financial Systems Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis.

The postholder will support the fast paced Customer and Case Management programme team where we are enhancing our processes for receive payments from members of the public.

The work will involve designing business processes, building functionality in Civica Pay, testing and implementing control functions that cover a large list of customer payment channels.

Candidate Criteria

• Experienced Accountant with a working knowledge of Civica Pay including designing business processes and building functionality.


• Experience working within a systems improvement team within a Local Authority would be highly preferred.


• Good working knowledge of the payment services covered in Local Authority


• Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
