IT Service Desk Analyst

An exciting opportunity for an IT analyst to join a global renewable energy company.

Your role will involve supporting the service desk personnel, taking ownership of escalated support cases, finding resolutions with the support of other IT functions.

You will also be responsible for deploying and configuring IT equipment for the user base, providing customer service.
