Job Advertisement: Locum ACPs Needed for Acute Respiratory Hub in Blackpool

Position: Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs)
Hourly Rate: £45 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Locum ACPs to cover shifts at a client who has been a highly lucrative account over the years.

Our client operates various hubs and sites, with repeat shifts available on an ongoing basis.

The shifts are based in Blackpool at the 15-minute appointment Acute Respiratory Hub, and we have multiple dates available for the coming months.

Key Responsibilities:
As an ACP, you will be providing clinical care to patients with acute respiratory infections (ARI) or chronic conditions like asthma or COPD.

The typical symptoms you will manage include:

• Coughing (with or without sputum)


• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing


• Wheezing


• Fever, chills, or temperature


• Muscle aches


• Lethargy or fatigue


• General feeling of being unwell

Requirements:

• Qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) Nurse/ Paramedic/Pharmacist Prescriber/Physiotherapist Prescriber


• Experience in respiratory care, particularly with ARI, asthma, or COPD


• Strong clinical decision-making skills


• Ability to manage a high volume of patients in a busy setting
