£50,000 - £55,000 Dependent on Experience

Due to continuous growth our client, a Lancaster based Accountancy practice are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Begin to build up your own portfolio of clients


• Develop and manage client relationships


• Heavily involved in the completion of audit fieldwork both remotely from the office and on client premises, including some overnight stays


• Be responsible for the planning and completion of audit assignments,


• Prepare statutory financial statements from client data


• Reporting completed audit files directly to the RI

What Skills are required

• Previous experience within a similar role


• ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified or QBE


• Experience of auditing clients within a variety of industries


• Able to train and assist junior members of the team


• Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP
