Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: Day £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments for pregnant and postpartum individuals.


• Assess risk factors, including maternal mental health conditions (e.g., postnatal depression, anxiety, postpartum psychosis), safeguarding concerns, and bonding/attachment issues.


• Ensure seamless transitions of care between primary care, secondary care, and specialist perinatal mental health teams.


• Participate in regular MDT meetings to review complex cases, share updates, and develop joint approaches to care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a degree in mental health nursing.
  
  


• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Perinatal experience is desired.


• Community experience is essential.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
