Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.


• Coordinating services and ensuring clients have access to appropriate support, including therapy, housing, and financial assistance.


• Responding to mental health crises, such as suicidal ideation or psychotic episodes.


• Maintaining detailed, accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Must have community experience.

Rate Breakdown
£40ph LTD | £31ph PAYE Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
