Service care solutions are currently working alongside a familiar law firm based in Bolton.

They are looking for a RTA Pre-Litigator to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a mixed caseload of RTA Pre Litigation matters from start to completion.


• Able to work under pressure


• Attention to detail

About you:

• Experience in working in a Road traffic accident litigation environment in a customer-focused role and a great understanding of the litigation process.


• 3 years RTA/Litigation experience.


• Good communication skills written and verbal
