Sous Chef required to join a busy kitchen team for a restaurant you will assist in food preparation, cooking and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.

Skills
Experience in a restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities
Food preparation under the supervision of senior kitchen staff to recipe and dish standards.
Cooking and presenting dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in food preparation areas
Compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Stock rotation and storage
