We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Community nurse to join an NHS community team based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

You will be working as part of a community nursing team working Monday to Friday, 9-5.

You will be monitoring ohysical health, phlebotomy, ECGs etc.

To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified registered General Nurse with at least 2 years' of post qualification experience.

Duties will include:

Catheter care
Palliative care/symptom control
Verification of expected death
Falls support
Holistic assessment
Urgent wound care
Medication administration
SystmOne knowledge

Pay rate: £26-£27 ltd per hour
