Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Blackburn, which needs a Commercial Property Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £22,000 - £23,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.


• Counsel clients on property management, landlord-tenant issues, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.


• Handle your own caseload from start to completion in Commercial Property.

About you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience in commercial real estate or property law.


• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
