Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Blackburn, which needs a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.


• Counsel clients on property management, landlord-tenant issues, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.


• Handle your own caseload from start to completion in Commercial Property.

About you:

• 3-5 years PQE in Commercial Property law


• Strong communication skills


• Experience in commercial law and Property Law.


• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property
