Position Overview:
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic team based in a firm in Aberdeen.

If you have up to one year of post-qualification experience and a passion for private client work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.


• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.


• Assist in the administration of estates and trust management.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding.


• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the private client department.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year PQE) with experience in private client matters.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
