We are recruiting a Registered Manager on a permanent full-time basis to work within a CQC Good Rated Residential and Nursing Home.

The successful Registered Manager will:

  Have strong leadership and communication skills.

  Be Nurse qualified, with 2+ years in a similar role.

  Hold in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.

  Proven record of accomplishments delivering measurable results.

  Experience of budget and financial management

  Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience when faced with difficult and demanding situations.
